All break, I have done nothing but workout while occasionally eating food. I am ready to go back to school, like five days ago. Despite all of the free time, I have neglected updating the blog. Today, I am especially bored, so without further ado, here are The Ramblings:
Over Christmas, I was in California. It is always nice to visit family there. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t exactly California like, but still much better than Chicago winter. Whether it is visiting family or just going on vacation, I am very fortunate to be able to travel as often as I do.
Speaking of traveling, as I alluded to in my previous post on goals of 2009, I am DIEING to study abroad. I really would like to travel to another country as soon as possible. Hopefully, I will be able to go to Greece with my family in May. Keep your fingers crossed.
The other night, I watched Dan In Real Life starring Steve Carrell. Maybe I’m a little bit biased towards Mr. Carrell, but I thought this was an excellent movie. I recommend seeing it as soon as possible.
Other good movies I’ve seen recently: Valkyrie, the WWII story starring Tom Cruise, High Fidelity, and Bull Durham.
Music I Am Currently Feeling: Jack Johnson’s Sleep Through The Static, and the Soundtrack To Dan In Real Life by Sondre Lerche.
Neither Illinois nor Michigan, my childhood team, made a bowl game this year. Needless to say, few of the thirty-some bowl games interested me. I think it’s time for less bowl games (and a playoff). Luckily, Illinois basketball is better than expected this year, so atleast I may have a good March.
That’s all I’ve got for now. Have a good weekend.
